  • What is the meaning of an EMR (Electronic Medical Record)?

    EMR is a specific recording of the clinical episode or medical encounter which is case or purpose specific. In general terms as also on our website, we have used it interchangeably as Digital Medical Record (DMR).

  • What is the difference between EHR and EMR?

    EHR is an aggregation of EMRs and stays lifelong.

  • During the registration process, the application asks for 'Primary Doctor'. What does the latter mean?

    'Primary Doctor' means the family physician or the doctor one regularly visits. If none of this is applicable, then one can add the name of the doctor who advised to download and use the Health Details application.

  • What can I see under the 'Documents' section?

    All of the documents one has uploaded will be visible in the 'Documents' section. After going through them, the system will arrange them date-wise and title accordingly. Also to mention, one is entitled to garner reward points for the documents uploaded.

  • Can I delete my uploaded documents?

    After selecting a document, one can open and delete it there itself if one does not wish it to be uploaded. If one clicks on Start Secure Upload, the system will receive the document post which no changes would be allowed.

  • When should one select 'Organise My Documents"?

    When one is sure that all of the documents necessary to create Summary and Journey have been uploaded, then they can kindly select 'Organise My Documents'. This will send a request to the system to generate his/her story as well as the summary.

  • Can I edit my summary or journey?

    No. Once the summary or journey is created, it cannot be edited as such. If modifications are required, relevant documents need to be uploaded along with the generation of requests to update the story./p>

  • How many times can one update his/her Story and Journey?

    Upon purchasing any subscription, one can request to update the Summary and Journey as many times as needed.

  • How many family members can be included in an account?

    A total of 6 family members including oneself can be included in an account.

  • How can one add a family member?

    Go to Menu -> Manage Sharing -> Add Family Members. Once added, one can see all of the members on the top of his/her profile.

  • What if an added family member wants to use his/her own subscription account?

    In such a scenario, one has to first Unlink that added family member from the account. Post this, the removed member can create his/her own new subscription account.

  • How can one share his/her reports with the doctor?

    If the doctor is already using DQcare then one just needs to share the QR code with the former. Else one should request him/her to first download the required app so as to then share the QR code.
